The Pump Room is a unique dining and entertainment venue occupying a prime spot in Clarke Quay – Singapore’s coveted F&B and lifestyle destination. This microbrewery and bistro is made up of three concepts that will appeal to anyone looking for a memorable drinking, dining and partying experience – a microbrewery, bistro and a bar with a live band and room to party. Guests can look forward to a range of beers freshly brewed onsite. The beer is unpasteurised and unfiltered, and has no added chemicals or preservatives. The menu is designed by Consultant Chef Karl Dobler, who has extensive experience in Modern Australian cuisine and has worked in renowned restaurants in Switzerland, Austria, Australia and Singapore. Guests can expect Australian-inspired specialities bursting with seasonal ingredients and sparkling flavours. Jive Talkin’ – one of Singapore’s most popular and established bands – spices up the evening with its vibrant and funky repertoire of pop, rock and jazz. They entertain every night (except Mondays) from 10.30pm.

This outlet, offers the same casual vibe as the flagship, with emphasis on an extensive lunch menu to meet the working crowd demands for a quick and affordable bite. As guests enter the long space, they are flanked by a mirrored wall on the left and a striking display of 900 wine bottles lined up on the right. The bustling bar is the focal point while an open-concept kitchen adds to the lively atmosphere of the restaurant.
