A casual French bistro located by the Singapore River at The Pie at Robertson, Brasserie WOLF has been relaunched with new interiors and a brand new menu. Guests will feel like they stepped in Paris with vintage overhanging lamps, plush leather seats, maple wooden flooring, and a very striking wall of framed accolades, memorabilia and quirky French icons.
Helmed by Head Chef Claudio Sandri, Brasserie WOLF brings to Singapore diners classic French food with a modern twist. Highlights include Slow Cooked Lamb Navarin, Beef Bourguignon, Traditional Bouillabaisse Soup and Home Made Foie Gras Terrine. Old favourites like the Traditional French Onion Soup will continue to remain on the menu.
All these delicious dishes will be further complemented by a wide range of fine wines and champagnes. Brasserie WOLF also boasts a total of 26 wines by the glass, all of which are perfectly preserved by Le Verre de Vin, a custom-made German wine storage system.
Truly, Singapore diners will be whisked away on a Parisian gourmet adventure as Brasserie WOLF continues to hit the right notes with Chef Claudio’s creations and gorgeous interiors.
